Misión Huascarán and Misión Sol come together to feed those most in need during these difficult times

Misión Huascarán and Knitting Hope made an important joint donation for S /. 10,000 for the “Ollas Solidarias” campaign of the NGO Misión Sol. The funds were used to purchase basic supplies for community kitchens organized by Misión Sol in Manchay and Pachacamac. With this donation, they were able to buy sacks of potatoes, sweet potatoes, noodles, oil, milk, canned fish, oats, rice, different types of stew, eggs, and chicken and pork meat.

It is a great joy to have been able to help feed nearly 2,000 people. By joining forces, we achieve better results !!

MISIÓN SOL is a non-profit civil association, whose objective is to provide help and assistance to children from different marginalized areas in Peru. They support education, shelter, food and caring for the environment.
